Held from 19th-21st November, Offshore Energy Asia (OSEA) is the largest oil & gas industry event in the region. As specialists in the marine and offshore industry, UR was present to display several of our core competencies by highlighting a variety of safety, MRO and services to the show.
Our longtime partners MSA and Nightstick participated with us to showcase their state-of-the-art industrial solutions. MSA’s variety of fall safety solutions paired well with Nightstick’s proprietary range of intrinsically safe flashlights. For Team UR, our focus this exhibition was a ‘back-to-basics’ approach. We believe that no matter how large a company or industry grows, the fundamentals of industrial solutions, maintenance and safety should always be a priority. To that end, we featured our selection of MRO chemical solutions that tackle a variety of use cases such as rust conversion and cleaners. These MRO solutions fare especially well in the briny atmosphere that offshore environments contain.
We were privileged to showcase alongside booths with innovative technologies such as passive exoskeletons that aid with manual labour. By chatting with our neighbours and finding out their approaches to marine industry solutions, we gained a clearer picture on how the industry is moving and have returned with ideas to expand and improve our product range. In addition to this, we reestablished links with long-time partners and friends at the show and gleaned greatly from their insights as we exchanged information and best practices.
Finishing our final local exhibition of the year with much cheer, Team UR looks forward to more great exhibitions ahead in 2025.
